KOZLOWSKI (KOZEC) STACIA - OF DANVERS, Stacia Marie (Kozec) Kozlowski, 90, died peacefully Tuesday morning, Aug. 5, 2008, at a local nursing facility. She was the wife of the late Walter Kozlowski.
Born in Newburyport on September 7, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Kozec. She was raised and educated in Newburyport, but spent much of her life residing in Salem. Mrs. Kozlowski was employed with Sylvania in Salem and also Parker Brothers, where she retired after eighteen years. She had also been a member of the Golden Age's Club in Salem. Mrs. Kozlowski had resided in Danvers for the past fourteen years.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Patricia and Robert B. Dunn of Danvers, two granddaughters, Erin and Kerri and a niece Barbara Perusse of Amesbury and many extended family. She was predeceased by siblings, Bernard, Frank and John Kozec and Stella Czerwiec.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, Aug. 8, 2008 at 9AM in St. Richard Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Salem. Vst hrs are Thurs evening 5-8PM at C.R. Lyons & Sons, Funeral Directors, 28 Elm St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited.
